We’re open every day, and our restaurant is waiting for you for lunch, dinner and aperitifs!

Hospitality

In our restaurant in Montalbano Jonico, we’ve created a family environment which immediately puts every guest of the Masseria at ease.

We’re very attentive not only to the welcome, but also to meeting special dietary requirementsdue to diets, allergies and intolerances.

Raw materials

Our ingredients in the kitchen are excellent products, coming from ethical, local growing.
We reserve local cold cuts (sopressata, salami lucano, lonzino with local raw ham), and goat, sheep and podolica cheese for you.

For first courses we use pasta from ancient grain flours, with a better gluten content which is healthier for our bodies.
The meatsused come from Podolica farms, with regard to veal cuts, and we source from local lamb farms.

Our rooms

We have large spaces inside the building of the masseria, but also outside, which is more in contact with nature.
We're open for lunch, dinner and aperitifs.

Chef Loiacono uses different products of local agriculture and growing, to create first courses with homemade pasta, appetisers with cold cuts and Lucanian cheeses.

For the second courses, you’ll taste the meat of the Scottonabred in pasture in our Lucanian region.

Meat from farms in the Lucanian region

The meats of our second courses come fromlocal farms in Matera and Basilicata.

These are carefully controlled, genuine Italian meats which ensure maximum nourishment and health to the people who eat them.

You’ll find classic recipes, grilled meats, seasonal dishes from the masseria.
